CONDITIONS The Finnish International Championships will be conducted under the BWF Competition Regulations and in accordance with the Instructions of the Badminton Europe Circuit, of which the Finnish International Championships forms a part.

Men’s and women’s singles, men’s and women’s doubles and mixed doubles.

See Circuit Instructions § 17. The Organiser will acknowledge all entries. Entries must be shown in order of player strength. No late entries will be accepted.

The entry fees are:
WITHDRAWALS If a player who is accepted into the tournament withdraws from the entire competition for any reason whatsoever within 7 days before the first scheduled match of the tournament, the Member Association entering the player shall make a payment of EURO 100.- to the BE. Member Associations are advised to contact Badminton Finland immediately if they require to apply for visas. Names of competing players and coaches should be clearly shown. An official invitation letter will then be sent to the Member Association. Member Associations should apply for visas immediately thereafter.
There will be a total prize money of USD 15 000,-, which will be distributed to the winners at the prize giving ceremony. Local tax of 15% will be deducted from the prize money. The prize money will be given only to players who will participate in the closing ceremony.
ADVERTISING AND CLOTHING The Finnish International Championships will be conducted according to the BWF general competition regulations 19-23 on advertising and clothing. The name on the back of the shirt is mandatory for all matches in the main draw. It is mandatory for the semi-finals and finals that double partners wear the same colour.
* The finals will be televised by Broadcasting Company Urheilukanava and the signal will be sold internationally by the IEC in Sports.

Official tournament hotel will be Cumulus Airport Hotel. It is situated very close to the Airport and all the players and officials will get a free transportation from the Airport to the hotel and back by the Airport bus service. There will be free transportation between the official tournament hotel and the hall.
